As our Production Manager/Superintendent, you'll be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of all residential exterior construction projects. You'll lead and develop a team of W2 field managers and carpenters while managing up to 30 subcontractors. You'll ensure projects run on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field production across trades, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, painting, gutters, and carpentry
• Supervise and support internal field staff and subcontractors
• Manage project budgets, schedules, materials, and quality to achieve target margins
• Conduct job site visits to enforce safety protocols, resolve issues, and maintain quality control
• Implement procedures and field training programs to optimize operations
• Maintain strong communication with customers, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Coordinate project handoffs with sales and planning teams
• Recruit and onboard new subcontractors as needed
• Champion process improvements and team culture

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction or production management experience
• Experience supervising crews and subcontractors across multiple trades
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage gross margins, multitask, and resolve on-site challenges
• Familiarity with project management software (AccuLynx a plus)
• Proficient in reading plans/scopes of work and maintaining documentation
• Valid driver's license and ability to conduct job site inspections
• Comfortable in a customer-facing leadership role

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position. 
• Competitive salary at $80,000 to $110,000 per year, based on experience
