As a Sales Representative, you'll meet with homeowners, guide them through our proven sales process, and offer premium exterior remodeling solutions backed by industry-leading warranties. All leads are pre-screened and provided, no cold calling. You'll focus on building trust, educating clients, and closing the deal in a single visit.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-set appointments and consult with homeowners
• Follow our proven one-call-close sales system
• Educate customers on product options and warranties
• Accurately prepare estimates (no prior estimating experience needed)
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and deliver results
• Use CRM tools (training provided) to manage your pipeline

Qualifications

• Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individuals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Organized with strong time management
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Prior sales or home improvement experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position. Day shift, Monday to Friday (occasional evening and weekend availability)
• Base + performance-based commission (Total comp: $70,000 to $160,000 per year)
