As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Storm Guard in the neighborhoods we serve, connecting directly with homeowners, generating leads, and promoting our services. You'll be trained in our proven sales system, gain hands-on experience in field marketing, and build the foundation for a high-earning sales career in residential construction.

Responsibilities

• Knocking on doors and engaging with homeowners in targeted neighborhoods
• Generating leads and scheduling property inspections
• Representing Storm Guard at community events and networking functions
• Promoting our roofing, siding, window, and door services
• Using CRM software to track outreach and appointments
• Participating in daily team check-ins and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Enjoys talking to people and being outdoors
• Naturally energetic, outgoing, and persuasive
• Have a strong work ethic and a self-motivated mindset
• Confidently speaking with homeowners and managing objections
• Thrives in a team environment but can work independently
• Wants to build a long-term career in sales or construction
• Availability: Monday to Friday, 1 PM to 8 PM + most/all Saturdays/month, 10 AM to 2 PM.
• Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Local travel required (must live within 30 minutes of the Madison area)

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position
• Base Salary at $37,000 per year.
• Uncapped Commission. Earn $60,000 to $80,000+ in your first year
• Paid training and ongoing sales development
