As a Production Project Coordinator, you'll play a key role in our production process, bridging the gap between sales and field execution. You'll handle project planning, materials management, scheduling, and client communication. If you have 1 to 3 years of experience in construction and a knack for keeping multiple balls in the air, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Review job submissions for accuracy and completeness
• Conduct intake calls with clients for new projects
• Order and track materials for timely delivery
• Create and update project schedules, including subcontractor coordination
• Communicate job timelines and status updates to customers
• Assist with change order creation and tracking
• Set up and maintain digital project files
• Support quality improvement and compliance processes
• Organize and submit all project closeout documentation
• Perform various admin duties to support the Production Manager and team

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in construction or production coordination
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with CRMs and project management software (AccuLynx a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines
• Customer-focused mindset and strong teamwork ethic

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position. 
• Competitive salary at $40,000 to $60,000 per year, based on experience
